Delegates for this year's Red Ensign Group Conference are starting to arrive in the Falkland Islands.
The Conference which begins next Tuesday (4th February) will discuss all matters of maritime interest including regulation and also coastal state preparedness.
Joel Walton, chief executive of the Maritime Authority of the Cayman Islands said: ‘What we do here at Conference matters.
'Our discussions around regulation and how we can best serve our customers without compromising standards or safety will have an impact not just not Red Ensign Group flagged vessels but the wider maritime industry.’
