Training continues for search and rescue teams from across the Overseas Territories

Representatives from frontline search and rescue services from across the Overseas Territories are meeting for ongoing training and to take part in a table top exercise.

Anguilla, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Montserrat and Turks and Caicos Islands are all taking part in the event.

There are also representatives from the US Coast Guard, Fort de France and the RNLI who will be leading aspects of the training.

It’s part of the Overseas Territories Search and Rescue project and is being held over two days.
